Set across 13 private acres, Spring Creek Reserve is organized as a series of smaller connected structures that settle naturally into the site. Reclaimed timber, brick, stone and exposed steel give the home a strong material character, while expansive glass frames the surrounding mountain views.
A large pond anchors the property, with terraces, breezeways and covered connections linking the main residence, guest spaces and detached cabin. The arrangement creates both privacy and places to gather while keeping the overall scale of the home grounded in the landscape.
