Reclaimed timber. Hand-hewn beams. Stone. Steel. Sometimes materials are sourced locally. Sometimes they come from relationships built over decades. The goal isn't to use a particular material. It's to find the right material for the project.

Many of those materials pass through the yard before they reach the site. Timber is cleaned up and milled. Steel is fabricated and fit to the project. Decisions are made early, details are worked through, and the materials become part of the build from the beginning.
